Flights from London to Vegas

I usually go on a direct flight from London to Vegas, either with Virgin Atlantic or British Airways. I have also flown on various US airlines with a US city stopover, which can be a cheaper option. If you can get a good deal and you are on a short visit a direct flight is preferable to minimise your travel time. Direct flight time is around 10 hours.

British Airways

The British Airways flights operate out of Heathrow and Gatwick. Flight BA0275 leaves Heathrow in the afternoon and arrives in Vegas the same evening. Flight BA2277 leaves Gatwick in the morning and arrives in Vegas at lunchtime.

Flight BA0274 leaves Vegas in the evening arriving London the follow day in afternoon. Flight BA2276 leaves Vegas in the afternoon arriving London the following day in the morning.

Virgin Atlantic

The Virgin flights used to operate from London Gatwick but changed in Spring 2019 to operate out of Heathrow. Flight VS155 leaves Heathow at lunchtime and arrives in Vegas the same evening. Flight VS156 leaves Vegas early evening arriving London on the following lunchtime.

Vegas airport

International flights fly in to Terminal 3 of Harry Reid International airport (previously Mccarran International Airport), which is located very close to the southern end of the strip.

Holidays from the UK

Virgin Holidays and British Airways holidays also do deals including flights and accommodation, which are often better value than booking separately. I always try those first. They also both have regular sales so well worth looking out for a holiday deal during one of those, especially if you are flexible on dates.

US airlines

If you are on a tighter budget, then shop around and check out the flights from the various US airlines who you may find offer more reasonably priced flights from London with a change in a US city.
