I love a mini golf. So it was great to find a course in a hotel right on the strip while I was staying at Bally’s (now Horseshoe Las Vegas) in 2019.
As you descend the escalators at the back of the casino you get to the shops and entertainment level. That’s where you will find an amusement arcade and the Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf course. It’s on the way to the Horseshoe’s pool and the monorail station.
It’s a glow in the dark 18-hole course with suitably spooky props and obstacles. It’s not the most challenging of courses but good fun and worth a round for a wager between friends. I always play for ‘loser buys the cocktails’!
The loser also gets a free round (with a ‘You need the practice!’ card handed to you as you leave). So you can go back for another cheap round during your stay for a re-match.
According to the official website you can reserve a ‘tee-time’ but whenever I’ve been dowe there it’s always been easy to get straight on the course and get playing. It looks like it’s a dollar cheaper booking online, and maybe a reservation would be a good idea for a bigger group or at busier times.

Opening hours
Sunday-Thursday 12pm-10pm
