Nacho Daddy

Nacho Daddy is a small chain of tex-mex restaurants in Vegas, specialising in nachos. I first heard of it through watching Vegas vloggers on YouTube, many of whom had visited and raved about the nachos.

I first went in December 2021 and it’s been a must visit ever since. They have a great selection of cocktails and tex-mex style dishes but you really only go there fo the nachos. There are over 15 varieties on the menu, including two vegan options.

There are six locations, including one in downtown and one on the strip. They all have more or less the same menu and the service has always been excellent at both restaurants I’ve visited. They can get quite busy, so I usually visit on a quieter weekday or do a lunchtime visit. You can queue for a table or they usually always have bar seating available, if there is only one or two of you.

Vegan loaded nachos and spicy cucumber margarita (February 2024)

My go-to’s are the spicy cucumber margarita and the vegan loaded nachos. I can highly recommend both! To be honest all the nachos look excellent and with the variety on offer there’s bound to be one to suit all tastes.

Miracle Mile Nacho Daddy (February 2023)

The strip location is a little tucked away on East Harmon Avenue, around the right hand side of the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. Just keep going past Walgreen’s and Taco Bell.

Nacho Daddy new Downtown location (January 2022)

The downtown location is easy to find, just off Fremont Street, on North 4th Street. It’s also just recently moved to a larger location… one door down the street!

Thai chicken nachos (February 2023)

The nacho’s are piled high and a very generous portion, great to share, or you can do what I do, make sure you are super hungry and get a portion to yourself! They always live up to the restaurants tag line of ‘Never a dry chip’!

If you like nachos and margarita’s you have to make it to Nacho Daddy on your Vegas visit. You are going to love either location, depending on where you find yourself.
