BrewDog Las Vegas

You normally associate BrewDog with their bars you will find in the UK, however they have opened several bars in the US, one of which is in Vegas.

It’s in a bit of an odd location, but is right on the strip and has a large rooftop area, overlooking the strip.

The entrance to the bar is right on the strip, just next to the Target on the strip, opposite Park MGM. There are usually billboards on the street, just outside the entrance, advertising the bar. You need to use the lifts to get to the bar and these are shared with the Olive Garden restaurant.

Due the sheer size of the bar and its location, it never seems to get really busy, at least whenever I’ve been there.

The bar is split across two levels, with the lower level being branded ‘Las Vegas Underdog‘, which is more of a typical sports bar. I’ve only been to the upper level and this is where there is an indoor bar area and the rooftop bar area.

Their menu is pretty much what you would expect from a BrewDog. Burgers, wings, pizza, salads and mac and cheese.

They do open for breakfast and there is usually someone outside on the street handing out 20%-off breakfast offers, so look out for those.

I’ve been for brunch a few times and the rooftop is a great location with views across the strip especially New York-New York and Park MGM and further, both north and south of the strip.

The breakfast menu changed in 2025 and I think the portions are a little smaller than they were. They’ve also stopped doing the unlimited hash potatoes! But it still feels good value, especially if you can get the 20%-off deal.

The interior of the bar is industrial and feels very much like the BrewDog bars back in London only on a much larger scale! They have some nice Vegas specific decorative features, with a particular play on the fact one of their beers (and a personal favourite) is named Elvis Juice.

I also spent New Year’s eve 2025 at the rooftop bar. This was a special ticketed event which cost around Β£250 (including pre-paid tips) for unlimited drinks and food from 9pm until the early hours. Unfortunately New year 2025 was the wettest new year’s eve on record for Vegas! So effectively the rooftop bar was unusable (except for the 20 minutes, or so, to watch the fireworks on the strip). So I had to spend most of the evening indoors, but, hey, the unlimited beers and cocktails made up for it!

So overall, well worth a visit for breakfast, especially to get the views of the strip. In fact it’s worth going up there for the views at anytime and enjoy a tasty BrewDog beer while you are there.
