Lemongrass is a Thai restaurant locatedin the Aria hotel. It’s located towards the back of the hotel. It was one of the first Thai restaurants on the strip and opened with the Aria hotel in 2009. Previously there was only the Thai/Vietnamese restaurant, SEA – The Thai Experience, in Ballys which is now closed.

I first went here in 2023 because we had a MyVegas offer, I think we got a credit of $20 or $30 on our bill. And I’ve been back a few times since. It’s a good idea to make a reservation, as it can get booked up.
As someone who enjoys Thai food, it’s great to have a really good option in Vegas. And being in Aria Lemongrass definitely feels like a premium option. The atmosphere and service is excellent.

Lemongrass also serves really good cocktails, so well worth exploring their asian-inspired cocktail menu.

They also cater for vegans, with a special vegan menu. So if you are vegan or vegetarian, you are well catered for as there is plenty on the menu and variations on the main dishes, without the fish sauce.
One thing you waiter will ask when you order is how spicy you’d like your food. You’ll see a spice scale at the bottom of the menu . It’s basically from 0-10. With 0 being no spice and 10 being the hottest. They say that level 3 is medium. I do like really spicy food, but they looked shocked when I first asked for an 8! They recomended going down, so I think I settled for a 5 or 6, which was actually about right for my taste. So beware, take notice of the waiter’s recomendation!
Here’s a selection fof the food we’ve ordered from a couple of recent visits. Everything has always felt freshly cooked and served straight away.

All the food has always been delicious at Lemongrass, and since it’s the only Thai restaurant on the strip, well worth a visit if you like Thai food. It on the higher end in terms of prices but for the portion sizes and quality of food, I would still say it was reasonably priced. Some are the prices have increased since the menus I’ve put of this page. Expect to pay $10-20 for a starter, $25-30 for a curry and $20-30 for a noodle dish.
