You can’t beat a strip view on a beautiful Vegas day, and a chance to relax over a cocktail and watch the world go by up and down the strip. Alexxa’s is a great location to do just that and is perfectly located strip side of Paris Las Vegas.

There’s a large outside terrace, and the main indoor restaurant opens up so you can get a strip view from the inside too.

Booking is recommended as it gets busy especially at weekends, but you can walk up to get on the waiting list and they’ll text you when your table is ready.

It’s great location for a recovery brunch, with a large selection of bloody mary’s or you can go for their bottomless mimosas!

I’ve been here a few times for brunch, often on the last morning of my holiday, to make the most of the view and squeeze in a last minute cocktail.

Food

Cuisine is pretty American, with brunch options of eggs, pancakes and pastries, alongside sandwiches, burgers and pizzas.

I usually go for the veggie omelette ($16) washed down with a bloody mary from their selection of five ($15-$45). Try The Roman with chilli infused vodka garnished with pickles, or if you are up for the The Colossal ($45), which comes garnished with jumbo shrimp, crab leg, bacon and beef stick!

The food is good but not quite as large portions as you might expect for American cuisine, so that does mean this is one place you can order you own meals rather than share.
